To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is calculated on a ‘per order,’’ “per item” basis and is based on the shipping option you select. Free Shipping promotions applied to specific products are valid only for ground delivery to physical addresses within the continental us.

SHIPPING TIMING 

• Shipping within India takes roughly 4-5 working days. International shipping takes around 9-11 working days depending on the location. Sometimes there might be unforeseen delays for reasons beyond our control. We will keep you informed.
• For international shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout. The customer will have to pay import customs duty, if such duty is applicable in the destination country on handloom products sourced from India. 
• We ship worldwide and we will use the shipping carrier suitable for your country. 
• We are not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees, taxes or duties that may be encountered if you are international customer. 
• Additional charges may be applicable should you wish to receive all the products in your order in individual boxes.   
• For certain remote locations in India, our courier / transport partner may levy an additional surcharge for shipping. In such an event, the customer shall have to pay a “remote area surcharge”. The customer will be informed about such a surcharge in advance before completion of the billing transaction.
• Kindly note that the delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
